Maintenance Manager

The work typically involves:
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
• Responding to breakdowns.
• Diagnosing faults.

• Managing maintenance budgets.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records of maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Creating maintenance procedures.
• Managing stocks of supplies, equipment, spares.
The work typically involves:

• Supervises plant maintenance personnel.
• Attending plant emergencies and break downs in the continues process equipments, finding solution with minimum time and production loss.
• Responsible for site personnel and assets safety for leading individuals to make them efficiently achieving as a team Immediate to medium-term objectives.
• Make sure everyone in dept does follow the safety rules, the procedures and the plant rules Ensure discipline and emergency instruction.
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
• Maintain a positive department attitude and ensure that all employees under supervision are aligned with the company goals.
• Assures all work entered into production follows the order entry standards and procedures.
• Approve exceptional or extraordinary jobs and specifications.
• Provide positive, motivating examples for maintenance team.
• Inform to Plant Leader about over all maintenance issues and planning.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the physical location.
• Shift and ‘on-call’ work may be required, particularly where manufacturing equipment is in continual 24-hour operation.

Related to glass industry is preferable. Should possess good communication skills.
